The TeleFILE program was discontinued in late 2005. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p4476.pdf

You'll have to link up to the Free E-File program through the IRS homepage or download the forms, print them out, and mail them in.

The IRS stopped Telefiling last year. I hated it, because I always used to phone my taxes in. Now you have to use the 1040EZ and either mail it or pay to have it done electronically.
Why did you wait so long? Deadline is at Midnight.
Good Luck.
