I workout 5 days a week,I am about 120 and built very good, a personal trainer told me I would have to work with weights to get that muscle to show and have a good diet. And I do but I am not seeing any results.

keep going on those weights and do some sit-ups. It may take a while but the work will be worth it.

Do crunches where you rotate your torso. With you hands by your ears, knees bent, raise your torso and twist so that your armpit is aimed at the opposite knee.

Also, doing side bridges will help.

Side bends with dumbbells and twists with an empty barbell can work. So will twisting crunches.
