A lot, and screw up their teeth, and their gut. Stomach and esophagus lining would have to be repaired. Probably have to have surgery while they're at it. Cost about $25,000 (from what I've seen). Then, they would put the weight back on plus some more.
Not the best of ideas.

You can't "go anorexic" for a limited duration...It's a disease, not a diet methodology. And anorexia does not involve vomiting...the prior answerer is thinking of bulimia.
On top of that, even if you stopped eating altogether for that whole time, it's impossible to say how much weight you'd lose, considering we have no way of knowing how many calories you'd be burning during that time, how much you currently weigh, etc.

You would lose quite a bit of muscle. When you stopped starving yourself, you would likely gain back fat, since your body would be striving to keep itself healthy. That would depress your metabolism, making it more difficult to maintain your weight in the future. It's not worth it.

Are you asking because this is something that you are planning on doing? If so, I would tell you that for whatever reason you are planning to do this, I guarantee you that it is definitely not worth it. The risk would far outweigh the rewards that you would receive in the end.

anorexia is a sickness. tell your pal that if she plans on going anorexic for fifty 4 days, she would have the ability to finally end up being anorexic for plenty longer than that, and it would desire to kill her.

You shouldn't be considering how much weight you'll lose, you should be considering the fact that you might lose your life.
