find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

no its not really horrible you may be gaining wieght for a growth spurt also take into consideration how tall you are. talk with your parents about how your feeling they may be able to help you decide if its a problem or if you are healthy. make sure your drinking lotsa water eating healthy foods and getting the right amount of sleep also make sure you are exciersising about an hr- 30 mins a day my friend was chubby when she was 10-13 then she shot up shes now 5'8 and 135 lbs. if you are a muscular person you need not worry at all. muscle weighs more then fat .. your weight is a bit high but again not sure of your height if you are truly concernd perhaps go to the doctor other wise eat right drink plenty of water get a good nighst sleep and be active daily ...if you have more questions you can contact me by my nick name

Well I have got to say first and major.. Do no longer evaluate this lady in your "ex"in anyway, form or variety. I realize that's less difficult mentioned than performed..:o).. As a long way as the burden challenge is going.. You have got to examine if it a wellness challenge, or is it a 'appears' challenge with you. I agree guys are very visible in all facets in their like and relationships aren't any distinctive. Is she dressing to intensify the positives of her 'curvy' frame or is she simply dressed in apparel that does not flatter her determine as so much? This generally is a large factor even for you, as this is a visible detail. Does she have the power to move out and do the matters you favor now? If no longer, then that's a large courting problem altogether.. Is she cozy with herself? Has she constantly had the burden? If so, then what attracted you to her to start with, and why now has it end up an challenge (probably a 'pal' mentioned whatever??)?? You have to examine the 'why' then you'll be able to transfer into 'how' to deal, as every why may have an extra 'how'..

I think at your age the best thing to do is exercise, try walking with friends or riding a bike for at lest 30 minutes day. Cut back on the junk food and eat more fruits and veggies. Good luck
