I need to lose at least 20 pounds by like July. Any ideas? What can I do daily? Sometimes life is hard with working and such that its hard to always eat a sensible meal thats when I go wrong. What can I do to prevent this? What type of exercises?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Here is a great thing to do that will limit your calories from the food that you eat. Of course, eat smaller portions more often, but before you sit down to eat grab a bottle of ice cold water. After ever bite that you take, drink a swallow of two of water before you take the next bite. Do this with everything you eat. You will feel so stuffed about halfway or less through your meal that you will not eat the rest which will cut you calories dramatically. People often feel hungry when they are merely thirsty so It works great! Plus drinking ice water burns calories alone because your body has to exert energy (calories) to warm the water up to core temperature. It's win-win! Exercise is the key, you can't skip that! Cardio in general will help, but to be efficient, calculate your BMR then be sure to be below that number everyday. Deficit = weight loss when it comes to BMR. well im only 16 and i lost 25 pounds in a month,,, what i did was i ate a full breakfast at 8 oclock then went to school ate fruits and vegetables and then when i got home at 4 i ate my las hardy meal,,, after that dont eat dinner just snack on fruits and vegies.... o and you need at least 15 hours of exersise per week ;)

I have been on the South Beach Diet for about a month and have lost about 20 pounds. Diets aren't all that great but this one is good and easy to stick to.

Its called moderation. eat smaller amounts of the things u usually eat. and cut back on the sweets. Also exercise.
