Yes, they can (and should) claim you. That carries thorugh age 23 as long as you are a full-time student and they provide more than half of your support.
Even if they don't claim you, you cannot claim your personal exemption if they are eligible to do so. Note the wording on your tax return. It says, "I can" not "I am" or "I was".

Probably, yes. There are a few weird requirements not addressed in your question (for example, if you are from another continent or you are married and file a joint return, then he might not be eligible to claim you). However, in most cases, a parent can claim a child under 24 who is a full time student and lives with the parent.

Yes you can. Since you're still in college you can be claimed as a dependent. If they provide more then half the support for ya then yes. Another thing that might effect your taxes is that you must claim that you have or can be claimed by another as a dependent. I think you'll get less of your taxes but you'll stay out of a lot of trouble.

I believe you can be claimed as a dependent until 22 if you are a student living at home. You need to file your own taxes, but you would file as having 0 dependents if your parents are claiming you.

Your parents can claim you, as long as you aren't providing over half of your own support, and that doesn't sound likely from what you say.
The year you turn 24, the rules will change - or if you stop being a student before that, the rules would also be different.

Yes, as long as they provided 50% or more of your support, you lived under their room at least 6 months of the year and/or were a full time student for at least 6 months of the year and they can claim you.

From what you say on your income and your living status - YES - your parents can claim you as a Dependant forever - if you continue living under thier roof with them paying for the food, shelter, utilities and whatever else. YES under the current Laws for the IRS you can be claimed as a Dependant - No Problem.
Take Care and God Bless!

While you meet the other requirements - student, under age 24, they provide over 50% of your support - you make too much money. They can't claim you.

As long as your permanent address is your home address and you are a full time student, then yep. Typically you can still be claimed.

yes, but you can also file a return and get everything you paid in back--you just check the box that says you were a dependent on someone elses' return.
