You are going to need all 3 as most have mentioned. Not all 3 are accurate...I have some things appearing on Experian, that are not on the other 2.
As for not being able to clean up your credit report....YOU CAN!!!! Credit reporting agencies are not perfect. They do make alot of mistakes.........
Good luck...you are doing the right thing!

TransUnion tends to be the most widely used credit report - however, some lenders like to pull a 3-in-1 report which reveals information from all three reports. You could call the lender you plan on working with and ask them which one they use. However, even if they only use one - I'd work on fixing all of them. You never know when you'll need them.

they will look at all three and pick the best. I think Transunion is good. Equifax only shows you a plus score which is completely different from FICO. Clean up your credit by making larger payments every month before your due date, then once again when the due date comes around...Sort of like 2 payments in one month. I was able to bring my credit up 30 points in 3 months from that. They also look at debt to income ratio, so make sure your debt is really low, so they can see you have money to make a payment.

I would say all 3 because one might show something the others don't. 2 of my reports were clean and 1 had medicall bills on it. When I went for a loan from the bank. You should be able to get all 3 at no cost. Not sure how,but heard it on the news awhile ago.

Get t hem all free..www.annualcreditreport.com you can get a copy of each FREE every 12 months..caution..be careful not to fall for offers to send or watch you credit for a year or more..FREE is a federal law...use it. Then after looking at it you may want to order your Credit Score. When you go to the free report site select that you want access for 30 days. Then after inspection of the reports...one of the credit bureaus will most likely have an ad for the Credit Score at a reduced rate.

What do you mean you need to clean up your credit? A credit file is a permanant record of your credit history. If you had bills unpaid which ended up on there, then it will always be there, but, you do have the alternative to answer any notations that are there.
You cannot however have anything removed once it is entered on the file.

You will need all 3 credit reports. Most lenders will take the average score from all 3 credit reports.

All three. Most lenders go by the middle score, so you need all three to go up.
Pull all 3 reports/scores, dispute any inaccuracies, and then contact loan companies.

All three. Mortgage lenders pull all three and base your loan off of the score that is in the middle.
