It is horrible and I hope they put his *** to death. But pedophiles and murderers come in every size, shape, color and nationality. That being said, I am against illegal immigration and think we should make it a felony with mandatory prison time. As soon as your prison time is up...poof, back to where you came from.

Again, this is all about the law. What is gained by cheap labor is lost on law enforcement, education, health care, and even American Jobs and Businesses. The news stated today that the rise in car sales for GM won't translate to an increase in profits for American Parts businesses because the company is planning to buy parts from India.
If we don't start buying american and demanding American, we won't have to worry about cheap labor or any kind of labor, there will be nothing left here except greedy service corporations who take but give nothing back.

I think this person, who committed the crime is sick... The fact that he is not a citizen is irrelevant. Seriously, Charles Manson, John Wayne Gacy they were citizens.
And what restaurant would seriously run a background check on employees. I dough the family owned and operated restaurant would. Does McDonald and Burger King do background checks?

It is evident that a great deal of emphasis needs to be placed on funding additional detention centers as we see crimes escalate for many reasons including the dissatisfaction of aliens. Something we must address is the psyche of these immigrants who are not conducive to harmony as a possible genetic affliction that is going to effect their progeny. Racial minorities tend to be more volatile and whether that is genetic or environmental is moot. In a melting pot like America these issues must be addressed whether they're "politically correct" or not.

Cheap labor is a myth and a lie that no educated person believes with regard to illegals.
Say Juan offers to mow your lawn for $4 an hour. He does this all summer. In the fall he offers to trim your trees too. He falls from the tree. Breaks a leg and his arm. Has no health insurance. Goes to the ER via ambulance. Needs, surgery and a short hospital stay to recover. $50-$100K later, how cheap was his labor?

I don't think that race has anything to do with it , you see there is another case pending where a white man sexually assaulted and murdered a 6 yr old Hispanic boy , not to long ago , they search for the little boy for about 1 week or two and they finally arrested this sick man , now don't generalize , and blame on a specific race , evil and crime don't have a race issues , it could happen to anyone , lets just not judge anyone by their looks or ethnicity. thanks

I am so anti-illegal immigration you can't believe it. However, to broadbrush all illegals with this tragedy is like saying all South Koreans are mass murderers, all drivers drive drunk. Yes this is a tragedy, but it's also the first of all the recent child molestation/murders committed by an illegal.

I feel so sad that you are so judge mental I my self am an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT and i was brought out here when I was a child. I had no choice I now own a tile company and I'm married I don't get welfare I have medical Insurance that I pay for I pay my taxes and I pay for every service that i use. So does that make me a criminal?!!

I agree with ELMAR 66. Cheap labor is only cheap for those who hire illegals, we the tax payer has to pick up the tab for all the costs that the illegals in cure, schooling, jails, medical, and worst of all those anchor babies that give illegals the glue that bind them to our country
