Al Gore would say, "If it were not for global warming, I would not have been able to invent tsunamis."

That's my way of saying, tsunamis have absolutely nothing to do with the hypothesis of global warming.

Possibly. Tsunamis are usually caused by geologic activity below the ocean floor. This activity can also cause geothermal phenomenon that could affect ocean temperature.

Also, tsunamis can be caused by calving glaciers which could be influenced by global warming.

No tsunamis are caused by underwater earthquakes and have nothing to do with the atmosphere.
