I am from the Carolina's so tea is usually made so sweet it's like a syrup.
I tend to use maybe 5 or more regular sugar(depending if it's hot of not and the sugar dissolves) OR maybe 2 or 3 splenda..:)

I used to take 3 but have now reduced it to 11/2. I could never drink it without sugar though although many people say you get used to it. What a lot of old rubbish!

I don't drink tea, as I don't like the taste of it, but in coffee I don't take any sugar. I used to have 2 in it, but I weaned myself off it.

No sugar no tea either.
However I have the occasional mug of hot chocolate which has sugar in it.
I only rarely had sugar to anything, and then only while cooking.

None, zilch. I like my tea plain, but with a lemon wedge, no sugar.
