What kind of virtual terminal program can I use to process credit cards on my computer?

I currently use "Dial Pay" over the phone, but it would be so much easier to do it on the computer.

I'm looking for something other than PayPal, they keep turning me down. I know that there are other programs out there, but don't know what they are.

PayPal has a very good program in place that doesn't require you to maintain any software on your PC.
