Hi Blokes - what to do when someone is staring at your bits in a urinal?

Hi,
I am as straight as a straight bloke, and with no problem with gays on a social basis, but this other bloke was staring at my bits when having a wee, and despite comment that he should really be watching his own business, it was to no avail, so I was tempted to pee on his shoes.
How would you deal with such a situation ?
I know that a row of urinals lends itself to penile comparisons, but that was a bit much.

If that happened to me, I would probably ignore the git. There is much to be said for weeing in private stalls.

I am gay so I know about a little of what go's on the those place, personally I will only use them if I am bursting because of the smell.

My reply would be,
Have you never seen 12 inches before?

Or one that you may find a bit risque.

Get down on your knees so I can use you to swallow my 12 inches while you lick my balls.

If i was a bloke and it happened to me, i would probably stare into his eyes and simply say " Are you big enough" and walk away !And i am straight.

If I were in your shoes I'd pay him back by doing the same thing to him. At least he'll know what you're feeling. Unless he's really insensitive.
