Okay, so according to some homosexuality is totally wrong.

But I also seem to remember that the Bible says that you should leave judgment to God. This could be interpreted very easily as if you are not the sinner, let it be.

Please also consider, if we followed the Bible to the letter this would be a very different world we would be living in. How many passages in the New Testament, do we just over look, because they don't fit our Modern Society?

Here is another question for you. Who wrote 70% of the New Testament and what was his relationship to Christ?

a.) I was once raised Jewish till I was once twelve and was once raised respecting the Torah which isn't the Bible. I did not even learn a bible passage till I was once 13. The Bible would possibly or won't coach that homosexuality is flawed, however the Torah, from what I recognize, does not point out it. So that is why a few Jewish persons are for homosexual rights. Because they do not worship the Bible. b.) Not all Jews be given homosexuality identical to now not all Christians oppose it. You're making generalizations which might be unfair and unfaithful. c.) Being homosexual is not a existence kind. If you are a lady who likes ladies whilst you are thirty, you had been a lady who favored different ladies whilst you had been for your mom's womb. Gays and lesbians do not immediately someday make a decision, "Hey, I'm gonna cross have butt intercourse!" They are born like that, identical to we're born directly. d.) How CAN you spot via the eyes of the Lord? I did not recognize you had been God. Nice to satisfy you. c.) A prior answerer was once right. In America, our legislation are meant to be headquartered off of what is flawed and proper for the persons and typical public. Not headquartered off devout ideals. You would possibly suppose that it is flawed for the reason that the Bible says so, however it doesn't matter what the Bible says, it won't even come into play whilst making legislation. Have a superb, enlightened day. :)

What about these answers? It should give you an idea just how far gone modern, enlightened "thinking" is. You are correct, of course, but this new generation of bohemian and hedonist "thinkers" are simply not worth trying to reason with, and that includes the so-called "christians" who swell their ranks because they "just want to feel good" and appear sufficiently enlightened to avoid being ostracized. It's that "Jesus taught love and tolerance" doctrine that has watered down any possible effectiveness the Word might have had among the believers. Christ did preach love-He never preached tolerance; especially in the twisted way they say He did. They seem to forget that there are other books in the NT that complement and complete the gospels. But that is why it says in Timothy that in the latter days some would depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Take a big whiff. Beacause from here on out this stench is only going to get worse, my friend. These modern day "thinkers" simply do not want to endure sound doctrine.

The bible says it's wrong to have long hair if you're a man. I wonder what Jesus thought about that one.

Anyways... the bible is just a fairy tale book written thousands of years before by ignorant men. Being gay is no big deal, it's just a matter of preference, that's all. I prefer coke over Pepsi, is that wrong too? What dos the bible say about it?

Because I am not brainwashed like other fools, and i embrace my sexuality proudly, with a smile, and to hell, literally, with all who find fault in my preferences..

Judge me not where you will be judged..

Besides, the god in reality is far different from the god portrayed in the holy books of this world..

I see it as no sin, when it comes as naturally to me as breathing or eating..

After all, it is, regarldess of whether or not one would ever admit it, no different that preferring a certain color or taste- either you like it, or you dont..

In this day and age, when communication is it its peak, and people are actually able to make their own choices(for the most part)) without worrying about being burned alive by psychotic christians and caholics, they realize they do not need to follow such arcane idiocy, and that they have a right to choose who and what they love, and that, indeed, the bible is a pack of lies..

Sexual orientation is a genetic/biological function.
The Bible is a collection of stories about the past and present according to a patriarchal society that existed in the middle east thousands of years ago, based on the absence of any scientific knowledge.
In this case, as well as many others, it does not apply.

Where does the bible says it is wrong to actually be gay? it says certain acts are wrong (ie against natural law) and certain acts within certain contexts are wrong. But no where does it say to have love and sexual attraction for someone of the same sex is wrong or unnatural.

Homosexuals are as much a part of the scope of nature as left handed people are. If the bible denies the reality of nature, it is the bible that is wrong.

Mind your own business. It's you that is in trouble with the divine for your views of homosexuals, not the other way around.

Because the bible is a load of crap and if people were really as compasionate as the bible wants them to be then they would care for the gay too.
