My granddaughter used to refuse to walk instead of ride in a carriage while in Wal-Mart, and she would just lay flat, face-down in the middle of an aisle, with other customers staring and wondering what the hell happened to her!

My daughter was about three and reached out of the cart and grabbed a big handful of this mans behind. He shot upright to fast and banged into the shelf and a few dozen female products rained down on his head.

Thankfully, he was understanding and a parent too.

My son is 16 now, and he has done so many embarrassing but funny things. One that I have to laugh at he said he would push the buggy around for me @ walmart so I agreed I am getting something from the shelf turn to put it in the buggy and look he is gone then all of sudden here he comes laying under the buggy on the bottom part belly down using his arms to push the buggy through the isles going as fast as he can , I could have screamed at him but I could not help but to laugh and of course everyone else seem to think it was funny to ( thank goodness)

Funny now. Not then. My son back when he was about five or six liked to act up at the table while dining out, so I would tell him we're going to the restroom to have a talk about his behavior and I would take his hand, or wrist and he would look at me and start screaming , Momma stop it, you're hurting me, Quit it mom that hurts or don't hit me again. I wanted to shrivel up then and disappear. Never hurt him though after stunts like that I should have tended that hide. people would look at me like I was a monster. Now he's 15 yrs. old and his favorite thing is going shopping and passing gas in the aisle by people and then he turns to me and says Excuse you mom or mom stop it already and people looking at me and I can't help but laugh.

Hi! It must be a difficult situation for you, and probably for your hubby too, even though he might not tell you or show it. ADD is a shared condition with Autism. If he is not going right now, maybe he should consider going to a neurologist that can prescribe medication. Also, going to see a behaviorist could help him be more assertive in his day to day life.

Before my daughter had little brothers, she used to throw herself down when we were leaving a shopping center and start screaming, "You're not my mommy!" and "No! I don't wanna go!" You can imagine the stares some people gave with the first thing alone.... Funny how no one ever came to see if she was being kidnapped though. :)

well one time i was with my grandparents and we went to this furniture convention ( my grandparents had a furniture store of their own ) and as we were heading to the lunch they provided for us i failed to notice that the area was nothing but glass windows all around the place ( i mean no metal to be seen anywhere to even hint that there was glass there holding the glass in place. ) even where the door was no door handles it was a push open push to get out door all glass as well. so i just walked straight into it and it made such a loud THUD sound. everybody stared at me.

My child at close to 4yrs old standing inline to see Santa Clause with his sisters and a long line of very dressed up kids. Decided to pull down his pants in protest. The little girl in a poofy dress pointed this out to her mommy and then all the line was in agasp!! My son refused to pull up his pants. this seemed like an eternity, so I pulled them up took all my kids to the shopping mall door eyes following us, and I told them, well tomorrow good clothes back on and we are comming back and are sitting in line again to get on that Seigh of Santas and get our pic! So your little plan isn't going to work again son! They wore me out in those days, but I have my Pic.

my seven year-old son and i were on the way to the supermarket to get a few groceries as i realized i forgot my wallet. he had some of his allowance with him, and told me i could use it. i told him i would only lend it and i would give it back to him as soon as we would be home. when we were at the cash register and i paid, he proudly said' "mom got it from my piggy bank". i wished i could disappear in a heartbeat since everybody looked at me as if i was a cruel mean mother... (of course i gave him back his money when we got back home, but i now always doublecheck if i have my wallet with me or not)
