Since you took the time to ask this question it's obviously something that you think is wrong. Over eating all the time will cause future issues. Instead of snaking all time time while at home, try and change to first having a full glass of water, wait a bit, if you're still hungry eat fruits or veggies. It should help.

It's good to wonder about your health and look into the future, but don't stress about it. You are growing right now, and it's natural that your body is craving foods. However, if you want to remain healthy and prevent any illnessess and lose weight (if that's what you want) you need to eat heathy. Eat proper portions of healthy foods (i.e. 5-6 servings of fruits/veg etc.) per day. Eliminate junk, but still allow yourself the ocassional treat. In addition, give your body more food if it's asking for it, but healthy foods, such as a bigger serving of veggies, a cup of milk, or an extra fruit.
You're walking to school, that's great! Even though it isn't brisk, that's all a part of living an active lifestyle. Small things like climbing the stairs rathe than taking an elevator lead to good habits. At your age, I wouldn't worry about the gym to much, but focus on fun activitis like playing soccer, going for a jog or rollerblading, biking etc. Join a sport you enjoy if you can. These are fun ways to get in shape and learn to love exercisising without the boredom and frustration that can come with working out at a gym at your age. You're more likely to stick to it if you're having fun.

At your age you are expected to have a big appetite as your body is still growing and needs nutrients. With regards to you having a heart attack or high blood pressure, I think this is dependant on what type of food you eat. If all you have is processed foods, chocolates, crips etc.. then you may be heading towards the dangerous path. Try keeping things in proportion and eating healthier stuff if you don't want to get ill.

There is no question that studies have shown that if you are overweight as a child or teenager, you are more likely to be overweight as an adult. Being overweight carries health risks - but I'm sure you know that.
You may want to start looking at a nutrition and exercise plan - nip this problem in the bud early. It will be easier now than 10 years from now, trust me on this.

yes, yes, and yes! At 16 there is no reason for you to be fat, you should be very active at your age! Sounds like you have an emotional problem, do some deep thinking about just what makes you eat so much and then try and change it! Get out there and start having fun and being more active!

Good for you to be concerned! At your age it's natural to be hungry all the time. Do you get proper regular meals? (Not convenience, fast food) This is the key to laying down good health for the future. Try to snack on fruit, raw veg in between meals. Leave choc, biscuits, cakes etc for special treats only.
High cholesterol is a killer, (blocked arteries) and you're right to be concerned. Children as young as 5 years old have been shown to have arteries showing signs of blockage! Scary.
Good luck.

You have already realised the repercussions of your habits or pastime and raised questions about them. It is not too late to remedy the situation - as we say, better late than never! Gradually cut short the amount and frequency of consumption of food! Remember, gradually is the key word followed by determination!
