The Bible cannot explain it, as it was written (by people, not God) at a time when dinosaurs were not known.
But I don't see how it matters ? The Bible is not said to contain all human knowledge.

I'm not afraid to talk about dinosaurs. And, I'm not afraid to answer
I do not know when, how, why they existed.
Before or after man, we admit and know that they existed at some point. But we don't know whether they had feathers or scales or hunted for meat or scavenged food. Regardless, whatever I say on the matter would be pure speculation, because, as you stated, the Bible does not mention them, or perhaps it does and we are too daft to know what the passage refers to.
Now, unless you show me some profound wisdom and explanation (proven as well) of how the bible is wrong because it doesn't mention dinosaurs(It has to be in your own words). If you can't, than I am going to assume your question was irrelevant and mark you down as my intellectual inferior for having the gull to act as if you could.
**Soooo the bible is fiction then? Because Adam & Eve were the first living creatures.....apparently. Humans evolved from Apes. Not soem guy making us with his hands and whats to say Christianity is correct? Load of shite.
--There you are Atheists. Your oh-so-eloquent spokesman. Did he make you proud? Perhaps he will convert to intelligence and leave the tough stuff until he has evolved a little education.
You made this too easy you little devil you.
(I hope he realizes that many intelligent people will read this and have a laugh at his expense. Wheres Krissy when you want a good imitation of inbreeding?)

Since your mind is already made up, you probably won't take the time to read my answer.
Start with reading Genesis 1:24-31. Here is a basic form of logic called a syllogism: T. Rex is a land animal. Land animals were made on day 6. Therefore, T. Rex was made on day 6. So, according to the Bible, dinosaurs lived beside man. Dinosaurs were made on day six of the creation week the same as man; they were beasts of the earth.
And then read Job 40:15-24. Job was questioning God because of his suffering, and so God comes and challenges Job with His creation.
Many people say, “Job 40 can’t be speaking of a dinosaur.” They say that, not because the description of Behemoth doesn’t fit, but because of their preconceived conception that man and dinosaurs didn’t live together.
The margin of the NIV says, “Possibly the hippopotamus or the elephant.” Something to keep in mind—the footnotes are not a part of the original text.
Well, the tail of an elephant or hippo is like a twig, not a cedar (most dogs have longer tails). Throughout the Scriptures, cedars were known for their great size and length. Nothing on earth today fits this description, but a sauropod type of dinosaur does.
The largest we have found was over 120 feet long. That sounds to me like the “chief”—not a hippo.
And then in Job 41, God describes the Leviathan (Isaiah 27:1 calls it the dragon in the sea.)
The margin of the NIV says, “Possibly the crocodile.” But the description again doesn’t fit any animal alive today. Besides, man has never had a problem catching crocodiles, even primitive tribes, but God says in Job 41 that Leviathan couldn’t be caught.
Some think this was just a mythical creature since it speaks of it breathing fire. And yes, Job is a poetic book and those could just be poetic descriptions. But not necessarily. Impossible you say? What about the electric eel that can produce enough electricity to stun a horse? If the electric eel was extinct and all we could find were its fossils, would we be able to know that it could generate electricity? Nope. What about the firefly and anglerfish that can produce light? What about the bombardier beetle that can fire a boiling mixture of chemicals at its enemies that is 212 degrees Fahrenheit?
Why couldn’t God have created certain water-living reptiles that were capable of expelling hot gaseous fumes that could ignite? Most animals produce methane anyway, which is a flammable gas. Stories of fire-breathing dragons have circulated for thousands of years.
Also, keep in mind that Behemoth and Leviathan were included along with real creatures that Job knew about. Read Job sometime.
In Isaiah 30:6, Isaiah speaks of flying serpents [reptiles]. I also find it interesting that Herodotus, the Greek Historian who lived around 450 BC wrote about flying serpents in Arabia. He talked about finding their bones and described their snake-like bodies and bat-like wings. And the Jewish historian from the first century, Josephus, wrote about Moses and the Israelites having a difficult time passing through a particular region because of the presence of flying serpents. I think they were speaking of one of the pterosaurs like the pterodactyl, pteranodon, or rhamphorhynchus.

The Bible mentions animals that could be dinosaurs in Job. The fact we have worldwide fossils at all is evidence of Noah's flood. If Noah's flood happened, scientists have discovered the oxygen levels of the pre-flood world would have been higher than afterwards. Oxygen rich atmospheres cause things to grow bigger. Hence the discovery of centipeds as long as buses, men 12 feet tall and a dinosaur as big as a house with nostrils the size of a modern horses. Such an animal could not get enough oxygen into it's lungs in the modern atmosphere. The Bible talks about there being giants prior to the flood but this is something that people laugh at as being mythical but which turns out to be factual. Scientists in the US discovered a t-rex fossil with red blood cells still present a few years ago. Red blood cells could not survive millions of years and could barely survive thousands, which brings their destruction much closer to our time than evolutionists believed. Almost all fossils are found in areas which have or had lots of water present. Fossils almost always died in catastrophic curcimstances - buried quickly and deeply - before the bones can turn to dust. Evidence that they died in the flood. I could go on cos the evidence stacks up much much higher but I don't think you really want to know.

You started off so well, Rick G E!
Then you let anger in.
I am not a religious nut, but would like to offer a thought.
Before Adam came along, there were all kinds of life forms on the planet.
In the seas, in the air and on the land.
Big creatures and itsy-bitsy ones.
Among them were dinosaurs, most likely.
One thing for sure, they lived OUTSIDE the Garden of Eden.
It was rough out there. No finely manicured lawns, no rows of pretty tulips, no meandering streams for picnics.
Outside Eden was the perfect environment for dinsaurs.

Common sense that, unfortunatel,y might make a few religious psychos happy with me for once-
Proof of the flood AND dinosaur, dear.
All the dinosuars' skeletons are in low-lying areas which used to be seas and lakes, but are now dried up.
When god flooded the earth((noah and all that bleh)) the entire earth was.. well, flooded..
The dinosaurs are sea monsters, love..
Just use a bit of common sense in looking at thier bodies- do you really think, even with the massive skeletons there, could a brachiosaurus or a triceratops, or even a T-rex for that matter, ever really move its body properly, on land, when you consider the arragement of the bones, and how much weight would be put upon them with muscle, flesh, and the like?
Watch discovery channel, dear, once upon a time, I saw the truth- a few biological engineers studied a few well-known dinosaurs' skeletons, and rearranged the bones the RIGHT way((mind you, biological engineers are experts in figuring out how muscle,s joins, and bones will come together- they know their ****)) and lo an' behold!
All those skeletons were put together wrong! When arranged properly, they are almost all on their stomachs, with their legs spread out to the side, much like the fins of a whale or shark or sea mammal..
Also- have you ever seen a whale's or a manatee's bone arrangment, in their fins? They are frighteningly similar to the arrangment of the pawbone sin certain dinosaurs.. It is true- look it up..
They are sea beasts, my love.. Spread out by the flood, and dried up and killed whn the flood dried away, trapping therm in low-lying seabeds and lakes..
Ever heard of nessie, by chance?
An,d know tihs- the bible make smention of Leviathan, and we have not discovered even a THIRD of our oceans, dear..
Consider it, would you?

they don't seem contained in the Bible, and neither are kangaroos, coral reefs, sharks, llamas or giraffes. the persons who wrote the Bible did not study them. Nor did they recognize that the Americas, Japan, Australia or New Zealand existed and those that wrote the former testomony possibly did not recognize that Europe or China existed both. they'd next to no grip of mathematics and next to no interest into enquiring about the actual international. They infrequently went to sea, possibly because there are not any respectable harbours alongside the coast and were suspicious and distrustful of someone or theory that got here from the west, in the course of the sea. They hated and feared the Greeks, for instance.

There is no mention of dinosaurs in the bible because they all died out before God created Adam and Eve.
God knew we would some day need fossil fuel. Time is nothing to God. A few billion years to God is no time at all.
The book of Genesis is not a science book. It is a book about the beginning of man and his sinful fall.

There's no mention of pinguins either, but here they are. In the begining God created the 'beast of the field'. Why do you think this doesn't include the dinos?
Wake up. Nothing in life is here with out a design. The simplist machine has to have a designer. No one can even dream of a machine that is more complicated than man or nature. I haven't had any experiences have or heard of any that prove a delecate, complicated item develope by pure random chance.

Never heard of Behemoth in Job? Or leviathan? Check out:

for this question. Unless, of course, you're not seeking explanations but are attacking a straw man.
PS the term "dinosaur" ("terrible lizard" was coined by a scientist who believed the Bible whole-heartedly).
