I'm glad I'm not the only one it happened to! LOL I'd eat practically the same breakfast everyday, cuz I was too tired to bother thinking of something else. lol EVERDAY in 2nd hour, my tummy would rumble really loudly! And then if I drank something to calm it, it tended to be louder. haha Since you know what time it's going to occur, I suggest if not eating a "fuller" breakfast of whole grains and fruit, then try to sneak in a snack BEFORE the schedule "rumble" time.

Well firstly, your stomache is making those sounds because it is practically eating itself. Although you might be eating a lot for breakfast, it is not giving your body enough nutrients to last until 11.

Instead of having a big breakfast at 730 and not eating for four hours as you are doing, try splitting your breakfast up throughout the morning so your stomach constantly has something to digest. Try having sometihng like a banana, or something high in fibre and complex carbohydrates (carbohydrates which don't come from sugar)

Well, it could be very difficult to tell what’s wrong with your stomach because there are a lot of things that could cause very similar symptoms. Some of them are constipation, gas cramps and diarrhea. Your stomach even growls when its empty and this is because it receives signals from your brain to begin digestion.
There is also one another condition called irritable bowel syndrome that could cause you that problems.
It is caused when hard stool or some tumor blocks the passage of gas through your bowel and that how it cases one balloon to appear filled with gas which is causing growls and pain to some people.
The bottom line is that you will never know what is causing you these problems until you contact some gastrologist.
Wish you luck!
