The whole thing is bogus. If Jesus died for everyone's sins, then they wouldn't have to pay for them. To be saved form this damnation they must someone accept him as their saviour. This is a convoluted mess created to control the minds of the weak.

Jesus spent 3 days in the grave because the wages of sin is death, that is the exact price Jesus paid for the sins of all humanity. The belief that the unrepentant sinner will suffer in hell for eternity is a false doctrine of the most horrendous kind.

He didn't go to hell, He descended to the dead to a place known as Paradise where the souls of the saints who died before Jesus went to rest until Jesus' Resurrection. that is why it says that on third day the Graves were open and the dead were singing.

Because those who serve eternity fail to believe that Christ died to free them from that damnation.
All you have to do is believe. Really.

And why did Christ only do 3 days? Because He is the Messiah unlike anyone else.

Because they have made a choice not to accept Jesus' payment for thier sin. The Bible clearly tells us that anyone who doesn't believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead to pay for our sins will spend enternity in that terrilbe place called hell.

That's easy, there's really no such thing as a fiery hell. The Bible says that the wicked will be annihilated (as in obliterated or removed from existence permanently); it does not say that they will burn forever in hell.

Ha! Never thought of it that way.

It was really no big deal for jesus. I mean, the guy was supposedly supernatural. He could do the 3 days thing standing on his head.

it isn't. cause jesus will take them. it is as simple as not being proud of sin... feel guilt... be ashamed... think to yourself 'i really dont want this guilt'.... then say jesus, help me out... even if you don't believe... just do it for an experiment...just dont deny it when you feel gods love... you will know it when it happens...

It only took Jesus 3 hours on the cross to overcome sin. Read again. God Bless

Christ went to the Bowels of the earth you call hell and preached salvation to those BEFORE HIM so they would have the SAME chance as we do to Accept Him or Reject Him. I have made this as simple for you as possible.
