Adding some humidity to your living area will help allot. Get a "cool mist" vaporizer and use it your home,especially in your bedroom.Dry air only aggravates sinuses and air passages,dries out the mucous membrane linings and it bleeds,along with allergy medication taken,also have a drying effect. Things that can make it happen: 1. High altitudes. 2. Blowing your nose too hard. 3. Blood pressure problems. 4. Injury. 5. SOMETIMES nose sprays can do that used too frequently. Check with your doc. They can help you.

the inside of your nose will be dry or you are blowing to hard
if you have a spray, use it to keep the nostrils moist okay
