How could you share hope? Pretty simple, smile and care about other people, praised them and say comfortable words to raise their hope or giving them hope. Maybe lending a hand would do also.

You best share hope by having hope yourself. Otherwise, it's lip service.
The best thing a stranger could do to help me have a better day is just to simply smile and greet me in a friendly manner.
I love to smile at strangers.
I used to be a grocery store cashier. I made it a goal for every customer to walk away with a smile on their face. Not only did it brighten their day, but mine, too.
