1. "Ellos le han comprado un gato" mean "They have bought him/her a cat."
2. "Ella ya se ha comido los chocolates" mean "She has already eaten the chocolates."
3. "La princesa ha sufrido mucho" means "The princess has suffered a lot"
4. "Ella dejó de hablar" means "She stopped talking"
5. "Él comenzó a hablar" means "He started talking"
"Quit" in Spanish means that you "cease and desist" of doing something (like "quit your job"), while "stop" means that: you just stop doing something but you can restart doing it at any moment.

1- Ellos le han comprado un gato mean 'They have bought him/her/you ( this last one in formal speech) a cat'.
2-It's Ok.
3- I think it literally is 'La princesa ha sufrido mucho' = The princess has suffered much.
'La princesa ha sufrido un montòn'= The princess has suffered a lot.
4 and 5 are correct.

1. They have bought him/you (her would be la) a cat.
The rest are all correct.
Edit: Just to clarify, the "le" pronoun is used to signify him or you (in usted form). For her it would be "Ellos la han comprado un gato" and for them or themselves it would be "Ellos les han comprado un gato"
Number 2 is correct as you have written it, with "already"
Also, technically number 5 means "He started to talk" as it's not in gerund form but it is equally recognized as you wrote it.
Buena suerte!
