"why were you looking for me? Didn't you know I was about my father's business?" At this time he was becoming aware of who He is and why He was on Earth...
He was also flesh after the resurrection.
Luke 24:39
Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
He was God the full time. His glory still manifest to us by His works on our behalf.
John 1:1-5,14
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
"Father, why have thou forsaken me?" Here Jesus was identifying with the David's prophecy in Psalm 22. Being God Jesus couldn't separate from that nature.

Well, you ask a number of questions.
In answer to the first question, Jesus is God in the flesh.
In answer to the second question, because he presumed that this parents would have known that he was in the temple when they could not find him.
In answer to the third question, Jesus Christ became sin and God can not look at Jesus as he did formally and turned his face away from His son. For not only is Jesus God, he is also a separate distinct person.
In answer to the last question, the answer would be a resounding no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jesus is God the son and every much God, as Jehovah God is. He is the second person of the God head, and the Holy Spirit is the third person of the God head, and all three are God. No person of the God head, does anything, without the impute of the other two persons of the God head;
AND
they are always in union with each other, agreeing with everything Jehovah God, does.
I hope I have not confused you.
Also, remember that we can not serve God with the nature we are born with. We need a radical operation which only the Holy Spirit of God Can do, which makes us new creatures in Christ, and a child of God.

Jesus was God manifest in the flesh. He was both God (as evidenced by His many miracles) and man (as evidenced by the most human characteristics like hunger and pain).
It is interesting to note that the spirit of God had to leave the man as he died on the cross. God cannot dwell where there is sin and the sins of the world were about to come upon Jesus, the man. That's why Jesus cried out, "why have you forsaken me". The Spirit of God didn't forsake the man Jesus, the Spirit simply had to depart for the ultimate sacrifice to be completed.
Read Acts Chapter 2 to see how the Holy Ghost (the promised "Comforter") then filled all those who sought the power that was made available by the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Acts 2 is the eye witness account of the very beginning of the New Testament Christian church. That same experience and power is still available today! Nothing has changed!

When the Savior was young, so were his parents. They were new to all of this and had learning and understanding to gain. Like everyone else, they too had to learn by faith and trust. Their observation of Jesus's life helped them gain an understanding and a testimony of Christ's divine appointment and mission to the earth.
Regarding the statement on the cross....I cannot begin to comprehend what the pain and suffering of the atonement of all mankind's sins must have required. It is incomprehensible to me. I have not common knowledge to base an understanding. The loss of a father and other loved family members has been painful, but I am certain that it does not come close to what Christ had to endure.
Why then, if the atonement was so incredible, would it be hard to realize that it was so intense, so difficult that even Christ, the Lord would feel of that intensity and ask where his Father had gone? But God the Father did have to leave Christ's present for a time. Because in order to fulfill the requirement of justice for all sins, Christ had to do this alone, without even God's help.

Read Philippians 2:5-11. It explains the whole thing. Paul there specifically says that Jesus existed and was an equal with God BEFORE he took on human form.
When he did, he laid aside his divine powers for a time, and did everything he did as a human. He limited himself to the same tools that any other human would have, prayer, fasting, faith, the Holy Spirit, etc. So during that time, he did pray to God the Father, just like an human would.
Are you aware that Jesus' word "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me" are the opening of Psalms 22? Jewish boys were taught all of the Psalms, and had to be able to recite any of them from just hearing the first verse. Read the Psalm again some time, and you will see that it has over 25 direct prophecies that Jesus fullfilled on the cross. When he cried out with those words, it was to turn the minds of those hearing him to that Psalm so that they would recognize what was happening. He was fullfilling those very prophecies before their eyes.
After his death, he was resurrected and return to heaven, where he resume his position at the right hand of God the Father and again uses his divine powers. But according to the Bible, he had the "holy part" before he took human form.

John 10:30 says " I and my Father are one". John 1:1 Jesus is represented by the capitalization of the w in Word. Mary knew Jesus was here on Earth from God. So this was the age that Jesus began God's works. Jesus in the flesh took on man's sins and represented all man's sins. God can not be part of sin and then turned his back on his son to fully give Jesus the burden of all sin and the separation from God sin creates.

The spirit of God was in Jesus. God was with man in Jesus. Before Jesus died on the cross, all the sin was on Jesus, God separated himself from the flesh because it is said "God can not look upon sin because he is too pure" Jesus the man was Gods way of saving us. That is the way he saved us without bringing his holiness and pureness to earth. The will of God became flesh and dwelt among us.

You see it started with Adam and through one man's sin he brought condemnation over all who was to come but through one act Jesus made everything right with God. Jesus had to be born of flesh and blood {human} to be able to give his life (that was without sin) up on the cross so that we don not have to face death. Jesus was on the cross and before the 3 hours of darkness started He said these word. God had to turn away from His son as He is perfect and are without sin and can have nothing to do with sin. So in order for Jesus to win over death and sin He had to fight sin, death in that 3 hours. He won and that is why we know we have a glorious freedom in Christ. This is a great scale that always will be balanced. The just requirements of the Law had to be met. Read Hebrew 2,3,4,5 and Hebrews 11 most important. God Bless

Jesus was God made flesh for us so that he could endure the things that man had to endure. He told His mother that he was doing the will of His Father, Jehova which was teaching in the temple and to teach Gods true word, since He was Gods word and authority. God could not look upon sin and at the moment He said "Why hast thou forsaken me, God hid himself from Jesus because at that point He took all sin upon himself, therefore God couldn't look upon Jesus at that moment.

NO!!! Jesus was true God and true Man. 100% god and 100% man. He had His humanly feelings and doubts. That is why in the Garden of Getheminy (spelt wrong) He said "Father, why have You forsaken me?" at the age of 12, He was in God's temple doing God's work-- evangilizing. Spreading God's love.
What is all boils down to is the fact that-- Jesus was not Jpseph's biological son. He was concived by the Holy Spirit's power. HE WAS A MAN AND GOD!!!!!
