sin is that which takes you away from the glory of God. and well we do things every day that makes that so and therefore are all sinners. do we all 'DO' unto others as you would want them to 'DO' unto you? I think we can all say not all the time. Do we steal......yes if you download stuff off the net that is copywrited..... so ya I don't think there is a spottless person among us.

Sin is the wrongness or state of mind you carry in your belief.
If you believe in the bible, then follow your ten commandments or read DANTE.....Most people are not ready to remove actions that include sin. It is always your yes or no.

In order to be a sinner, you have to believe in sin. The rest of us are making choices.

"Sin" is any time we do anything contrary to:
1) You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and all your mind,
and
2) Love your neighbor as yourself.
There's no misconception. Christians believe that "All have sinned, and fall short of God's glory."

Sin entails being disobedient to God in any way. It separates us from a holy God who cannot & will not associate with this darkness. All & any sin causes this separation in our relationship with Him, but only one particular sin is unforgiveable.....rejection of the Holy Spirit Who comes to each of us with the gospel of Jesus, our way to God. Once you receive (accept) the message of the gospel of Jesus, the Holy Spirit indwells you permanently and intercedes for you with God. Nothing can separate you from the Father then. And though we can still commit sins, & do, we can still have access to God through the indwelling Holy Spirit. In fact, it is the Holy Spirit that will nudge our conscience and bring our sin to our attention , enough so that we will loose some of our personal peace until we confess that sin & ask for God's forgiveness in order to restore a right relationship with God.
As to your questions....yes, we all sin and there are probably a great number of people who have misconceptions about sin. The one thing it is important to remember is that we all are accountable to God for any sin we commit until it is forgiven by Him. And as you grow in His love, you come to a point in your Christian walk that you run to Him with confession just so you can have the closeness you have come to love with your Heavenly Father. It becomes easier & easier to be honest with Him and you become stronger & stronger in facing temptations to sin. Sin doesn't have it's allure that it once did...simply because of your relationship with God. But, as long as we are in this natural body on earth, we have a conflict with the spiritual man. Sometimes, we let our natural desires win, sometimes the spiritual wins in these everyday struggles. But, we can always erase the punishment for those sins we commit by confessing to the Father (and sometimes we must make it up to others involved - make restitution). Now, having said that, forgiveness does not always banish any consequences. For instance, if you murder someone & are convicted...you will do jail time (consequences); but, you may sincerely seek out the Lord for forgiveness, try to apologize to the victim's family, live a kind & meaningful life while incarcerated.....and, if you give your life to Christ, though too late for the victim, God will use you in some way for His purpose while you remain on earth. He can make something out of nothing and use it to benefit someone else. I hope this helps. God bless you.

Yes everyone is a sinner. The Bible says in Romans "There is none that doeth good, no, not one. (Romans 3:12). Pretty clear, isn't it?

"Sin" is just a concept devised by others who would have you not do certain things. However, those who devised the concept would be the very first to indulge themselves in that which they don't want OTHERS to do.
Example.....Child molestation among the clergy.
