Doing arm exercises won't reduce the amount of fat on your arms. The concept that doing an exercise with certain muscles will reduce fat in that area is a total myth. If there's fat on your arms, the only way to burn it off is to burn off fat everywhere else. And the best way to do that is cardio.
But to build muscle and firm up, you can do:
pushups (many variations: diamond, knuckle, fingertip, clapping)
pullups (palms facing forward or back)
dips
bicep curls
pressups with a dumbbell or pressdowns with a machine
bench press
