No. Call your post office or library and they can tell you what address for each place. Your state would ONLY go to your capital of your state and the federal would go somewhere else.

no. The federal goes to one place and your state goes to another. Addresses for your federal should be able to be found at www.irs.gov and your state addresses should be at your state website. The basic setup for a state website is www.(state name).state.gov
