"Do" slim people need to exercise? People *do* need to exercise, no matter what the weight. Exercise keeps your body healthy. Moreover, there are many "slim" people who are fat. They don't understand bodyfat percentage, so they're fine with having a flabby body as long as it's small.

well just because someone is slim doesnt mean theyre in perfect health just like many people think an overweight person is well nourished but in reality is most likely mal-nurished cause not getting the proper nutrients needed ...exercise is benefical to everyone..everyone should be doing some sort of aerobic activity because it keeps our hearts in good condition whether your short, fat, tall and slim..
