Pol Pot i remember reading about him when i was a child at the time it was discovered what he had been up to. thousands dead actually eating people he had had killed and serving them to foreign dignitaries as meals. i have not watched the film The last king pf Scotland yet but it is about him and is supposed to be good

If i remember correctly it was Jack the ripper.
When he murdered a person, no one saw him and he was surgically precise.
To this day i don't think anyone knows who he was.

I would say it would be "Jack the Ripper" because out of all the times he has mudered he has pretty much got away with it (from running away obviously)
