I usually use mixed berries, splenda, ice cubes, 1/2 %milk and orange juice. I can never drink it because it's so foamy.

Aloha Smoothie:

10 min 10 min prep
1-2 servings

1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
8 ounces strawberry yogurt
1 sliced banana

1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

Your recipe sounds great, just try and take out the milk, add a little more juice and ice and I think your foam problem will go away.

i usually use ice, berries a small amount of fruit juice and a splash of milk. try using different juice other than orange juice.

Cut the milk down to skim, use Low fat cottage cheese, and your favorite crystal light and berries. (of course ice) Homemade protein shake and think & full of flavor.

you can either add more of the berries to make it rich, or add water and eggs to make it fluffy, not foamy.

try addin some beef and carrots in there. if you have any, try adding eggs too. makes a great smoothie and its not too foamy
