Sensory evaluation is the testing of food by subjective and objective means. Objective means uses instruments to measure for eg, the texture and hardness of food. Subjective means uses human tasters who try to give objective evaluation of a product with their senses - taste, sight, smell, mouth feel, etc.

Sensory Evaluation as in the isolation tanks of the 70's? Sensory recruitment techniques used in hypnosis? Stimulation of the senses as in eroticism? Not sure what this has to do with food, other than the preparation and consumation of food can be a sensual delight to the senses!
