bleeding gums is a sign of gingivitis. She should be brushing at least twice a day with a soft bristled t.b. and flossing daily. If its in the early stages this will correct the problem and the bleeding should stop. Still, she should see a dentist regularly.

She may be brushing too hard. Does she use a toothbrush with soft bristles? That may also be the problem.
If the problem continues, have her go to the dentist; she might have something like gingivitis

It means that her gums are sensitive and probably unhealthy. Tell her to floss more often (try everyday) and stop brushing as hard.
Maybe one day her smile will be pretty!

It is gingavitis. Speak to your chemist or dentist for some mouth wash & other tips. Nothing to worry about.
