"Anglican Catholics" are just another Protestant denomination, an offshoot of the Church of England, one more rift in Christianity, one more deviation from the stated will of God, "that they all may be ONE".

As distinct from Anglican Catholics, Anglo-Catholics are just High Church Anglicans. Unlike Fr K and his ilk, we have no objection to women priests or gays. All we ask is that we be allowed a bit of incense and a bit of William Byrd from the choir. Is that so much to ask?

We split off from the "official" Anglican Church in 1976, when the Episcopal Church USA and other "Anglican" bodies began experimenting with Catholic Tradition and decided - all on their own, to make some women "priests".
