Understanding,or revelation, can be a discovery made in your spirit,by the Holy Spirit,regarding the Scriptures,etc.
Wisdom,however,is beholding His words,His revelations to you,and ,in a biblical perspective, a non-worldly point of view upon life issues.

Understanding is knowing the knowledge you have acquired.
Wisdom is experiencing the knowledge and even sharing it.
eg. You understand that the water is cold from what you know, but until you touch it(experience it) you then realize how cold it is.
