First of all, make an appointment with your OB-GYN. Do NOT take any over the counter medications without first consulting your physician. Drink plenty of fluids as with diarrhea, you can quickly become dehydrated and if what's causing the loose stools is a virus or bacteria, hopefully the extra fluids will not only help you stay hydrated, but will also help flush your system. However, if you have high blood pressure or gestational diabetes, the extra fluids may be harmful to you and your baby.

Best thing to do, call your OB-GYN and go from there.

Peace,

Beki

You would have to talk to a dr. or pharmacist, but many pregnant women take iron supplements, which causes minor constipation (often), so maybe you could take an iron supplement, which would maybe solve your bowel problem, and would also be good for your baby.
A pre-natal vitamin would have the right amount of iron.

Because you are pregnant, its best to stay away from any medicine, whether its safe for pregnancy or not. Try the brat diet (B-bananas R-Rice A-Apples T-toast [bread]), it works like a charm for kids and adults, and that is what my dr. recommends for my daughter every time.
