Please see a physician for a proper diagnosis and treatment. It could be a lack of potassium or it could be a spinal problem or a multitude of other things. You are in need of treatment by a professional.

First of all- eat alot of bananas! That's what the Dr. told me and it does help! Have you been to the Dr. yet? If not- make an appt. right away! You could be having mini strokes. (I used to think you had to be "older" until my 16 yr. old healthy female friend had 17 mini strokes"... also take hot showers when this happens- the warmth relaxes your muscles immediately.

You need to get this analyzed. I recommend you see a chiropractor because many of your problems seem to be occurring through your spine. Chiropractors specialize in your type of problems.
