You haven't given me the bill.
In Spanish it spells 'No me has dado la cuenta.'

No me has dado la cuenta - you didn't give me the bill / you haven't given me the bill.

Eng. bill = Am. cheque.

it depends who told you and how. To me it means 2 things, you ether work as a waitress and the client said he hasn't got the check to pay yet. Or someone needs to pay you for something but you haven't told him/her how much they owe you. It BASICALLY means: "How much do I owe?"
