india or chaina no doubt...thus two mega-countrys has just started to use patrol in massive proportion. this is the reason bush sign with india a nuclear deal... but still the awarness in thus country to nature and global wharming dou to car patrol is zero. bush(usa) knows that if every hindustany citizan will buy a car and fill it with gaz , the amount of patrol in the world is going to deplite.....fast.
