8 glasses of water

have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

hi there..
if u wanna lose some weight,is not all about concerning of total foods u should eat..but,u should concern about your daily activities too. U should b active n take good meal with the right nutrients at the right times.
Here is my suggestion that i can give to u..
- Do not take any medcine or pills, unless u have consult with ur doctor or dietitian.
- Jog 4 times/week.
- Take a good meal for ur breakfast,lunch and dinner.
- Avoid to sleep after u have take any of ur meal.
- Be active (find some activities that u r enjoy in doing it).
- Dont be a slogger in losing weight. (Do not force ur body in doing something that u also see it hard to accopmlish).
- Enjoy every active and quality time and take care of ur foods
I've done this and so did some of my friends...n...IT REALLY WORKS....!!!!

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
