I don't give beggars money. Once in a while if I have some spare change after buying something then I will. To me, I think it's better to give them food or something. Like go to Dunkin Donuts, and spend a dollar, and get them a bagel, instead of giving them the money. I do this because some of the beggars are drug addicts and they go and buy drugs or alcohol with the money you give them.
P.S. to answer your question just go to a store and ask for change. They usually ask for money downtown.

I supply money to beggars on the prepare station particularly circumstances, even though I want while they sell the homeless' information paper, this is particularly of a typical step to getting out of there. What they do with their money would not subject me, i will the two supply it to them or I won't, after that it incredibly is theirs so as that they might use it any way they like. even though it does annoy me while they attempt to beg for a particular purpose which i understand is a lie; those dudes that have 'lost their wallet' and desire a cost ticket domicile don't get something from me. yet while they only ask for some spare substitute then it incredibly is as much as me to grant it or no longer; after that it incredibly is theirs and no longer mine so I haven't any say in how they spend it. i've got not given money at site visitors indicators, i do no longer stress now yet on a similar time as quickly as I did very own a automobile I never did. I shop my interest on the using, it incredibly is totally demanding while the sign adjustments and absolutely everyone continues to be digging of their handbag, and likewise they might desire to arise on your automobile so while the sign adjustments they are out in the line! continually seen this a rather risky prepare that I won't inspire, department shops/bus stops/prepare stations/etc ok, yet no longer out in the line.

It's better to avoid giving money to professional, (now beggars own their web sites/domain , CYBER BEGGARS ), if someone is really needy provide him with clothing, food etc whatever you can afford.
It will be better to keep change here and there so that you stay out of trouble.

MAIN OBJECTIVE IS DISCOURAGING BEGGING.

Well don't give them anything, you are only encouraging them. Give to a homeless charity instead.

Then you will be giving to the genuine needy and not the fake beggars who can't be bothered to get a real job.

No, if you only have a large amount of money in note form then I think it's better you ask for change than not give anything at all.

No, seems perfectly fair to me as long as they are aware of this specification before any monies changes hats. Offer them a meal instead though or a blanket and half of them will give you a right load of abuse.

When they ask for spare change I usually tell them "I'm sorry, but I only carry $100 bills" and keep walking. They usually can't break a $100 bill.

Not at all - | wouldn't but I would not think any worse of someone who did. And maybe the alternative would be giving no money at all.
