Spirituality has no connection with religion. Many spiritual people are pagan or wiccan, of course some religious people also possess elements of spirituality, but they are not necessarily defined by it. You can be religious and have no spirituality, and be spiritual with no religious beliefs or connections.

yes, i notice a big difference, to me spirituality is what you believe/feel,,,, it is personal, within you, it is recognizing your place in this world, (world meaning all,, not just this earth!) ,,,,,,, religion is your outward show, in some cases, of your spirituality,,,,,, it is a way to meet with those of like beliefs concerning God,,,,,
yes, in some cases, a persons religion tells them how to feel/think,,,,,,,,
i think you need to develop your spirituality, recognize it,,,, before you enter a religion,,,,,,,
i wouldnt say one is better then the other, they are two , while related, totally different things
