IP/R = 1 - 1/(1 + I)^N
1/(1 + I)^N = 1 - IP/R
(1 + I)^N = 1/(1 - IP/R)
Nlog(1 + I) = log(1/(1 - IP/R))
N = (log(1/(1 - IP/R)))/log(1 + I)
