lol, 'learning how to spell' - good one.

anyway, first you have to define what you mean by wisdom. for instance, gautama siddartha tells us in the dhammapada that true wisdom lies in the shedding of all attachments including family and friends - 'the cause of all suffering is desire' after all.

the wisdom of the dao is that nothing ventured, nothing suffered. if you don't go anywhere or risk anything, then you take the attitude of least resistance and you avoid suffering.

in proverbs, it says 'the fear of god is the beginning of all wisdom', while confucious defines wisdom as 'saying you know when you know, and saying you do not know when you do not know'.

now, is there a common thread running through all of these? perhaps. perhaps not. thats up to you to decide. and, make sure you make a wise choice...vale to you

I'd recommend "letting go" and all that fun stuff:

71:
Not-knowing is true knowledge.
Presuming to know is a disease.
First realize that you are sick;
then you can move toward health.

The Master is her own physician.
She has healed herself of all knowing.
Thus she is truly whole.

Or of course, there's good 'ol 65, a kind of Jesus meets Socrates philosophy:
When they think that they know the answers,
people are difficult to guide.
When they know that they don't know,
people can find their own way.

By listening to other's who know better. Taking advice usually help's. Understand other's opinion's. Except you are not alway's right. Develop your own personal belief's and don't let other people change your mind unless you totally agree with them. Follow Jesus Christ. Respect women. Don't act like an idiot just to look good infront of your mate's. Don't fall to peer pressure. If you are still in School, study extremely hard, put all your effort into your study. Explore the universe and beyond, then come back to Earth and let me in on it!!

Read as many books as you can. Read on many different subject matters. Read current events and historical ones. Read the Wall St. Journal. The more you read the more you know.
