Fact from fiction, truth from diction. What is the pulse of the relationship when you and your mate are together? Strained? Combative? Detached? Tight? Passionate? To trust your spouse with an EX would depend on where you and he/she is. If things are not tight, or you do not feel that each moment apart from him/her is like a moment lost. Then maybe you have to worry. Since most people lack the maturity to hang with a relationship even during the bear market. Most people only want the relationship during the bull marker, when everything is exciting and popping. The most telling things if if your mate don't want you around when they are with the ex. Or they don't want you to know details of what happened, was said etc. And surely if they tried to keep it a secret. If they really had nothing at all for the ex they would WANT YOU to be there to hammer home the point to the EX that they are doing just fine WITH OUT them.

Hi There,
Not knowing any bk ground i would say NO trust ,,No relatationship,you have to take things into account i;e children and your jealousy,Worrying over any relationship is not worth the effort with out trust,so you must try to find time and sit down and TALK and get the problem sorted be for you make any commitment at all.
Build a good foundation and start from scratch you will be suprised just how high you can build on that foundation.

why would your partner be with their ex with you not there in the first place. But ya I would trust them as long as they haven't done anything to ruin my trust for them, but I wouldn't EVER be with a women I did not trust. The day I no longer trust my chick is the day I no longer have a chick, and thats the ABSOLUTE truth. Why would I waste 1 day with a chick that is only gonna bring me misery. I wouldn't and thats why

Hmmmm tricky - well I certainly wouldnt like it!
I guess it depends on the situation - how long they had been apart and their reasons for breaking up!
I think jealousy and a bit of insecurity will be inevitable - but I would try and think rationally and not make an issue out of it.
