i am hana, 23years old, from lebanon, study at uni, and suffering from obesity!!!!! i eat sweets and big quantities in addition of being an inactive person.i had made several diets and lost 20 kgs +exercising , but gained them so quickly, because i had a stressfull time at uni and in thr war which happened in summer2006. reloosing this weight seems to me impossible since i regained the weight i had lost+more kgs!!! i need a diet which releases my anxiety of getting fatter , reach me to my good looking, and balance it forever with no health problems....i wanna be a normal girl , i am not able to shop for clothes , enjoy life since i was a kid .this problem makes me suffer socially since here in lebanon they depend on the physical appearance so much, even having a job needs a specific physical appearance
i thought about the ring thing for the stomach in order to loose weight quickly since i dont have so much patience ......no, i need to loose it in a proper healthy way
plz help

Exercise (eg . Yoga, Jogging), diet (2 heathly milk shake and 1 normal meal per day) and drink 3 litres of water at least per day. No surper. Personally , I lost 24 kg with just doing this within 2 years.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

A diet of any kind won't do it for you. You need to change your lifestyle. You'll need to eat healthy and exercise for the rest of your life. YOUR WHOLE LIFE, not just until you get down to where you want to. If you stop practicing good health habits when you get to your target weight, you'll just gain it back and more, every time.

If you aren't ready to change your lifestyle forever, then no diet will work for you.

exercise is useless.
try some herbal weight loss product.
