Wwhy don't you do some research,this is a very hard condition for people to deal with and there is nothing fake about it.They cannot control what they say or do.You must be a real moron to even think its fake,you might like to pray that a member of your family never gets it,They sure would not get support and understanding from you

tourettes syndrome is a negative reflect in the brain, it can be anything, not just swearing, you might throw random punches, blink uncontrollably,its almost always random

They don't "insist" on swearing. They can't control these involuntary ticks and life is very hard for them.
