-Lunch from 11.30amn till last order at 2.30pm
-Dinner from 6pm till last order at 10.30pm
-Open seven days a week
-Employees work on a split shift

My hours were 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tues-Fri for lunch, and then 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Wed-Thurs, and 5-10 or later Fri-Sat. Then I had Sun-Mon off.

this is the way i like:
first shift 11:30-2:30
4:30-10:30 mon-thur
4:30-12:00 fri&sat
closed sundays
(or maybe a brunch)
