It depends, do you mean making the move to asking me out? Or making the move to have sex? If you mean, asking me out, it depends on how much I really like him. If it's someone that I really want to be with and think we both feel kinda the same, I'll wait a couple weeks, and if he doesn't do anything, I'll make the first move.
If you mean sex, it doesn't matter. He can take his time, if I'm really into him, then I'll be ready when he is. And I don't "need" sex, so I'm comfortable waiting a long time, but sometimes I don't have a problem getting to it sooner.

Well sometimes if a guy waits too long, I lose interest. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they're maybe just shy, but when nothing comes of it, I just move on so I'm not wasting my time if they just aren't into me. A girl won't know you like her until you make a move, so stop wasting time!

I guess that just depends on how much you like him in the first place.I f you like him alot,you can usually be patient.If you don't you aren't gonna wait long to move on.

I am Caucasian, living in Hong Kong (meaning I am not "prime" choice, since all men white and chinese want chinese girls).
If I hit it off with a guy and he seems genuinely interested in me and I like his personality, attitude and general appearance, then I will make the move, after say...2-3rd date tops.
If he refuses, then I know his interests are in Asians or he isnt "confident" enough to date a White girl...and I let it go.

that tottally depends on whether it seems like he wants to but is too chicken or whether your having a great time together and theres no rush.
if you think youve waiting too long start dropping hints.
