Go to Michael's. They have lots of tea light and votive holders and often have them on sale. We bought votive holders 3 for $.99, they would also hold the tea light candle. They have different items on sale every week. If you have an old tyme pottery in your area, try them too. They have some very inexpensive items.

I saw some in Big Lots and Walmart in the community where I live. You could also look in a candle shop.
