the easiest way to lose weight is eat less and exercise more. Weight training is the best way to lose weight.

Higher activity less input.

Higher activity may mean excercise, but the general activity level during the day is equally important. However, excercise help you increase your activity level, too.

Less input is the hard ting, but some simple rules have helped me:

- Avoid sugar, it will increase your hunger in the next moment.
- Don't eat if you're not hungry
- Stop eating when you have had enough
- You can manage well being hungry, If you are doing something, but not if you are inactive

Weigh yourself every morning, but look on the weekly average, not the dayly weight. You may easily get up or down a kilo or two without having gained or lost fat.

Easy ways out does not help you. Research shows that the majority of those who diet end up heavier 5 years later. You have to adjust your lifestyle. It is inspiring when a few kilos disappear quickly, but if you loose too much too fast, you may have problems when you try to stabilise.

Eat nutritiously and exercise regularly. None of that pansy stuff like walking, RUN. Or so a lot of swimming, go to the gym for a couple hours a day.

By the way, I'm not a fitness nut. I'm a lazy bugger and I hate myself for it. :-p

Eat healthy...aka....veggies and fruits. Exercise for atleast 20-30 minutes a day. You will then hopefully be fit in no time! And oh yea drink lots of water.....

Well you could eat some cabbage in that case you will lose your water weight, or apples(only)but be carefull.
