Thank you all.
I have serious mental collision.
Does BPD come with catatonic personality?
And by the way, does BPD need medication? or just need mental healing?
Thanks.

Living with borderline personality disorder can be difficult. You may fully realize that your behaviors and thoughts are self-destructive or damaging yet feel unable to control them. Treatment can help you learn skills to manage and cope with your condition.

Other things you can do to help manage your condition and feel better about yourself include:

Sticking to your treatment plan

Attending therapy sessions as scheduled

Practicing healthy ways to ease painful emotions, rather than inflicting self-injury

Not blaming yourself for having the disorder but recognizing your responsibility to get it treated

Learning what things may trigger angry outbursts or impulsive behavior

Not being embarrassed by having this condition

Getting treatment for related problems, such as substance abuse

Educating yourself about the disorder so you understand its causes and treatments better

Reaching out to others with the disorder to share insights and experiences

Remember, there's no one right path to recovery from BPD. The condition seems to be worse in young adulthood and may gradually get better with age. Many people with the disorder find greater stability in their lives during their 30s and 40s. Their inner misery may lessen and they go on to sustain loving relationships and enjoy meaningful careers.

There are at least 16 categories and sub-categories of personality disorders and this is what it is: A personality disorder starts in childhood when the child is abused or neglected. As a result, he will learn inappropriate coping skills, ways of thinking and analyzing and will develop behavioral problems that last a lifetime. Usually, the personality disorder thinks that there is "nothing wrong" with them and that it is other people around him who are getting him into trouble and making him a victim. But his problems are caused by his own behavior. Can this be fixed. Yes. It will take a very good licensed mental health practitioner who works with personality disorders to have the patient invested in therapy for YEARS. Yes, I said years. And the purpose of ongoing therapy is to learn new coping skills, new ways of responding and better ways of thinking, No. You can't cure yourself. Because if you could, you wouldn't have the disorder. I wish you all the best.

I went through bad depression and finally got out of it. I have several suggestions that did helped me in past.

First suggestion is change way you eat is going to organic foods only. Some foods from large company are known cause mental problem including other health problems.

2nd suggestion is going to church where you can feel comfortable to be around good people who can understand you. Do not be around people who critize you or put you down.

Last suggestion: seek professional help and go to altnernative medicine to see if you can find a treatment or a cure for your condition in nature way. See someone who is trustworthy to you to talk about how you feel. Keep things inside you will out of control. You need get things out of your chest so you can feel better.

I feel that drugs are not the answer but it is really your choice. Try alternative medicine.

Start to think about what you want for your life and be optimitistic that is a huge help. Think about how you can be happy in the life. Apply it to your mind all the time. Do not think negative thoughts such as bad past, etc...

Easiest to convert from negative to postive is creating a image where you like most to be in to make you happy for example I love to be in beach. I imagined that I am walking on beach and feel water on my feet. It works.

Set up goals that you want for your life. It would be great achivements and make you happier.

I hope those suggestion help little bit.

My mother was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. The first thing you should know is, there is never a "cure". However, there are ways to make it better. This site has helped me and my mother a lot:

Also, it may be difficult for you to reach out to people, like your doctor, but I believe it is important.
