Im not the conventional boyfirend type which means i try to outdo none other than myself when it comes to fashion and everything else. I mean we're ok in the love and relationship department and we get along really dynamically and have a lot of fun. My fashion sense is a blazer, casual shirt or polo, solid black hardtop shoes w/ hard bottom, jeans or three quarters. Now my girlfriend, she often tells me "oh hey yeah its nice." in a flattering way but it doesn't fool me. But this is the way i dress not just in front of her but my typical buddys. How should i show myself in front of my girl and should i change my apparel just for her??

Hey, you should not change for anybody else except of course for yourself!
If your girl really loves you, she should accept you just as you are. How did you two got together in the first place if you were not her type from the very beginning? Don't tell me her fashion taste just suddenly changed...
Just respect her opinion though if she doesn't somehow go crazy by the way you dress up for her... unless she would tell you frankly that she's not crazy with your fashion sense anymore. That's the time you have to think things over, either change your fashion sense (you'll not lose her this way) or stay the same as you are now (and probably end up splitting with her)... it's your choice man, only you could know what's the best for your relationship... goodluck!

NEVER change yourself for someone else.... In the end you won't be happy with the change.... And if she wants you to change you don't need her in your life.... Be yourself that should be good enough for everybody.... Smiles :O)
O yeah..... Even though we may like bad boy's sometimes.... We always LOVE a nice guy that will treat us well....

Never change for a girl or woman. If you change something small its okay but your fashion sense is 'your fashion sense' not her's. Ask her to go clothes shopping with you and see what she likes then combine it with your look. This way you please yourself and her.

A guy should be hygienic, confident, sophisticated, neatly dressed (but not too stylishly), have clean short nails and be a humble gentleman. You have your own unique style, do you now doubt your own taste?

I tend to go out with Mexican guys, or white skaters. But only hot skaters, and not immature ones.
